As the 3 Hyland brothers father, Pat Hyland is one of the most respected trainers in both the amatuer and professional scene in ireland,

After setting up the Golden Cobra Boxing Club in 1990 in Dublin Where he has coached hundreds of boys ranging from the age between 7 to 20 with most winning national and international titles, It is the only Amatuer boxing club to win a title every year since the day it opened,

This is the club where all Hyland brothers aswell as Robert Long have boxed since childhood, Winning a countless amount of national and international titles between them, and all under the guidence of one Pat Hyland.

John is a child-hood friend of Paddys and together have built one of the most respected amatuer clubs in Ireland

Pat Ryan has guided many of his boxers to national and international glory from within the Portloaise Boxing Club which he founded over a decade ago,
